I can find no justifiable reason for this action to be approved. What motivates those behind this idea? I would argue it is not a selfless action to protect the land. That is already being done on the federal, state and local level. No, this is motivated by greed and power. When is enough power and money enough? Allowing this action puts those with the wrong attitude and perspective in charge of our last public resource, the land. I could quote several things to you, but will not.
