I am writing against the proposed rules to create NAC's for the stock exchange. The idea that control of the air we breath, the sunshine we enjoy, and the water we drink, can be bought and paid for by the highest bidder, whether foreign or domestic, is concerning. This endeavor strips property rights from legitimate owners, the taxpaying American citizens. This endeavor will ultimately pass the means of production away from the average Joe, to the global elites who can afford these securities. Communism. We didn't vote for that. It will also tie the hands of the local producer, and extort monies if the producer isn't creating product deemed important/safe/clean enough to the global controllers. This is not how this country was created, and it is not to be given away so easily. The unelected creators of this program are committing theft on a grand scale. I am opposed to this effort.
