The long game of this kind of rulemaking is obviously to deprive Americans of their private property rights, their enjoyment of National Parks and public lands without the due process of their elected Representatives. That's called taxation without representation, and tax they will! There is no settled science on the climate, yet nefarious individuals, and the current Federal administration are attempting to write rules to place the American people in an impossible position of being regulated and taxed into oblivion based on a non-existent "crisis". All the while selling the Nation's soul to foreign actors who would gladly destroy this country completely! By stopping farming, ranching, coal, oil, and gas exploration and development, uranium mining, rare earth minerals, timber sales, not to mention recreation, we’ll be destroyed from enemies both foreign and domestic! Selling a scam is against the law, this rule is a scam based on "saving the planet". There are laws in place to protect eco-systems currently, and the American people don't need more regulatory restrictions and the obvious sell off of its natural resources and lands to its enemies. If this is such a great idea, run it through Congress, they write the laws, not the SEC, not the administrative cabal, not the President...Congress! I hope this attempted takeover by whomever is pushing it through the SEC goes down in flames. This rule is just one more in a long line of traitorous actions against the American people! Just stop it!
