As a market based conservation company, working to protect monarch butterfly habitat through sustainable harvesting of milkweed pods in local rural communities, we see this as a huge threat to the stewardship of local natural resources with the potential of people being pushed out of their own areas. Corporations and countries could easily buy up land in these impoverished communities across the United States leaving residents with little choice but to leave the area. This is a HORRIBLE threat to the citizens and small businesses of the United States and our National Security. Do NOT IMPLEMENT. PLEASE.
