The SEC is proposing to give unconstitutional authority and jurisdiction over land uses to an unelected, unaccountable corporation by creating a new type of public company called a Natural Asset Company. Our enemies will invest in this fund to collapse our country. Those in power will crush our ability to produce food, oil and natural gas and mining for minerals. We will be completely dependent on China and other countries who wish us ill will. As a member of a farm family whose livelihood depends on fossil fuels, I find a Natural Asset Company reprehensible and destructive to our country. Please follow the laws of the United States and do not allow a Natural Asset Company or anything like it to become a reality. Thank you.
