I urge the SEC to reject the NYSE proposal to create securities to trade on our clean air, water supply, flood protection, productive soils for agriculture, climate stability, habitat for wildlife, among other ecosystems. These should be part of the public "commons" and not subject to economic exploitation or speculation.
