Bringing natural resources under NAC's is a huge mistake and should never be allowed. The federal government already controls over 20% of the land in the US and has plans to extend that to 30% by 2030 (30 by 30 Plan). The federal government has a poor track record at managing anything and should not be allowed to seize private property based on some so-called expert's pronouncement that the land or water is being over-consumed or under-capitalized. This goes far beyond what the federal government is allowed to do under the Constitution. The vary basis of civilization is common law and private property, and this violates both.
