This proposal is a blatant attempt to further the one-sided ideology of radical environmentalists. Its purpose is obviously to take control of as many of the nation's natural resources as possible for the furtherance of this misguided ideology. Not only would it empower those misguided groups in this nation, it would empower other nations, whose interests are not compatible with those of the majority of this nation, to gain control of this nation's natural resources. This proposal should be denied in its entirety immediately.
