Very difficult to comprehend that NAC's are being considered. From an economic perspective, the nearly $800 billion loss the outdoor recreation industry would suffer, would be devastating to our rural communities. The direct effects to our national security due to the impacts on the energy sector (independence), our agricultural production losses (food security) and our mining industries are even more damaging. Where is the oversight to the NAC for the management of these resources? SR NYSE-2023-09 needs to be terminated.
