At no time should any private, profit seeking company be allowed to control use or access to natural resources such as atmoshere or who can access it or make use of it. This is the profiting from a basic life need, air, water, etc. and should not be allowed. NAC's are attempting to profit from the very substances of life itself and must not be allowed to happen.
