This proposal is a disaster for America and absolutely should not be passed. Our public lands and natural resources are critical to America, and opening them up to outside investors to control them is a horrific idea. Especially in place like Wyoming, where I live, public lands are a significant factor in our way of life. This NAC proposal is reckless and short sighted and should not be passed. Please consider that states like mine are hugely impacted by use on public land, where that's for recreation, agriculture, tourism, or hunting, and to jeopardize the access and control of those is not a well-thought out idea. Please do not adopt this proposal. It does not benefit hard working Americans like myself, my family, or my community. Thank you. Jill Miller
