I am against the proposed SR-NYSE-2023-09 due to the negative impact it has on the Energy and Mineral Industry. Our nation needs to produce its own oil and gas and if this passes, it will close millions of acres of land to develop these resources. We also need to mine coal and trona in WY. Not only as an energy source, but thousands of employees would be without work in our state.I VOTE NO!
