I am against this proposed rule. I think it unConstitutionally limits property rights and puts our national security at risk. We the citizens of the USA need to retain our rights to provide and protect for our nation and our neighbors. We lose ability to exercise these rights by placing our natural assets of land, soil, water, wildlife, etc . on the open/broken/corrupted marketplace called the stock market.
