I am against this rule. The idea that a company can be formed to purchase the control of Natural Assets is a horrible idea for humanity. The companies will be used to prevent any real improvement in handling our natural resources. This will be very much like the banking "scams" that caused the 2008 crisis. This will be used by corporations who do not want to stop bad practices that cause pollution to allow them a way to offset that pollution. This will only cause worse pollution. Another reason is that property ownership is an important component of the success of the United States of America. Allowing anyone to destroy those protections is detrimental to our freedom.
