This proposed rule to allow a new form of company called an NAC is the most thinly disguised land and private property grab that has ever been initiated! It goes totally against our rights under the Constitution and those established by God. This is truly an evil scheme and would open the door to all sorts of abuse and take over by those who are our enemies. This must not be allowed to take place. Your job is to protect the people and property of this Country, not destroy it. This climate change agenda is not and I repeat NOT a settled science. There is a tremendous amount of data to refute it and it is being used to fit into the 30 by 30 and the 50 by 50 agendas to basically take over all property rights. No, no ,no!
