As a long time user of our national parks and other public resources, as well as being very concerned about climate change, I am opposed to SR-NYSE-2023-09. Based on my observation of how big companies and corporations typically prioritize earnings over conservation, I believe SEC approval of SR-NYSE-2023-09 would be an avenue for US and international companies to gain control over public lands and use them to derive profits under the guise of conservation. Please DO NOT approve these rules!
