The auctioning off of our land and resources to unknown parties or countries through Natural Asset Companies is fraught with the potential for grave and long-lasting consequences to the United States and its citizens. We should not be selling off our valuable public and private lands, and all the valuable resources derived, regardless of the motivations behind environmental or economic goals. I am strongly opposed to SR-NYSE-2023-09.
