The Commission must reject SR-NYSE-2023-09 out right. No more comments necessary. These federal lands, parks, recreation areas, national parks, etc. are the property of every citizen of the United States. Nothing is or should be for sale to the highest bidder. Our Government has already put every citizen, dead, alive and unborn, in a near impossible situation. In this situation you, the Commission, are charged with executing your duties on behalf of me and all citizens including yourselves. Speaking for myself, my kids, my grandkids and all my past and deceased generations that came before me and for whom I owe my existance, it is your Constitutional duty to stop/kill SR-NYSE-2023-09.
