NO. I vehemently oppose this proposed rule. Decisions regarding the management of America’s natural resources should remain in the hands of the American people and those agencies answerable to the American people. This is a power grab by international entities and corporations and it circumvents the rightful power of the American people to have a voice in the management and use of our own lands (public and private), and is probably unconstitutional.
