The proposed rule on Natural Asset Companies is unconstitutional and it: infringes on Americans' property rights and states' rights; involves fraudulent accounting; and invites foreign powers to exercise control over the use of public lands, water and even air -- including hostile ones like the Chinese Communist Party. l urge the Commission to REJECT this rule forthwith.
