I am a 76 year old American citizen, born in the state of California. I have lived most of my life in Wyoming. What you are proposing in trying to give rights to others including other countries, to our public and private owned lands, is appalling !!! Whether you like it or not, this is still a free country and we have rights to own property without it being stolen away from us. To put it nicely, I sincerely hope you have not been bought out by the radical left and I l know who their puppet master is and what his goals are .
