I oppose NAC. It will mean private companies can hold land indefinitely, meaning that new housing, mining, or logging won't be an option in the future. America will have to become more dependent on other countries for resources, and even causing problems in 3rd world areas due to forced industry. America has standards when it comes to mining, logging, etc. In 3rd world countries there is little oversight in regards to environment and human rights. This is a very bad long term idea.
