This is very frightening! To know an unelected entity, NYSE, would have the authority through the SEC to conduct sell of any land/property rights or stop individual rights to conduct whatever legal business they chose on personal property goes against everything America and it’s citizen stand and have fought for. Neither of these entities have made the sacrifices individuals have worked for. This is very reminiscent of Obama’s failed attempt to require farms and ranches to register with the federal government. Thank God for Congresswoman Hageman that fought to protect the rights of these landowners and won in the Supreme Court. Are we experiences Obama’s third term?
