Comments Attached That proposed rule SR-NYSE-2023-09 would even be considered as justifiable under any circumstances is pathetic and an embarrassment to those who proposed and back such ridiculous un American nonsense, My wish is that all those who do not like America or the Constitution as it was originally written, with all of its tenets intact, would leave the country and never return! Please listen to the sound reason, I'm sure has been included in all of the comments you have received against this anti American nonsense and throw this proposed "rule" into the trash bin of laughable, corrupt and very bad ideas.
