NACs should not be a means for wealthy Americans and foreign bad actors to compromise public and private land ownership and valuable resources in the United States. What ever happened to being transparent as well as protecting this country’s assets. It puts the American people and their country for sale to the highest bidder. Is this being hushed up & rushed through because it is beyond the SEC’s legal authority and/or because it is to quickly pass a shady deal before Americans know what has happened? Please take the time to research the repercussions to this country and its citizens.
