I OPPOSE creation of Natural Asset Companies. Elite investors and foreign governments should not control or manage US public lands with implications to private lands. I do not want our public land and water sold as an "investment". This is a huge threat to farmers, ranchers and private landowners. Only titled land owners in the US should control their land. This proposal should be wholly rejected. This is an example of government at its worst.
