I strongly oppose the establishment of Natural Asset Companies assuming or being "granted" rights that belong to other entities. Frankly, I am horrified that the SEC or any institution could or would "give" the right to manage or make any decisions regarding land belonging to any personal, private, individual, entity, public state, or federal land within a state based on that NAC company's view of what is the best use or care of that land. This seems to be a backdoor way to undermine the constitutional rights regarding private - personal property, which is the hallmark of a nations sovereignty. Please do not proceed with that process.
