As an American, Veteran, and Taxpayer I asked the SEC to reject SR-NYSE-2023-09. There should be no application or control of God given rights to our environment to control, manage, or therefore manipulate through these methods our inalienable right to life. To many attempts have occurred to exploit our planet's climate and environment, and SR-NYSE-2023-09 attempts to economize our climate. The capability to allow financial interest trade rights, whether domestic or foreign, to regulate and dominate assets like air, water, plants and forest, minerals, or hydrocarbon fuels is fraudulent and a travesty.
