This is the worst possible idea for the country, the economy, and - by far - for the citizens of this country! It is a blatant land grab and redistribution of wealth that abuses the average American tax payer for the sake of making those already wealthy even more so. To allow a company to effectively have governing rights against the will of those governed and without voter input is exceedingly UN-American. It also sets each SEC commissioner - personally - up for the inevitable lawsuit once this is taken to the Supreme Court, and they are held accountable either separately or in conjunction with the original lawsuit.
