It is quite obvious that this proposed rule change is just another attempt to circumvent the will of the people and place our public lands into the hands radical environmentalists who believe that they have the right to decide what we can and cannot do with public lands. I am absolutely opposed to this and any such rule as you may attempt to impose on American Public Lands.
