I am voicing my strong disapproval to allowing the SEC approve a ruling allowing the New York Stock Exchange to create a listing of Natural Asset Companies (NAC). This proposal is vague and extremely complex but appears to to allow the buying and selling of certain undefined 'rights' to some private and public lands which would also include foreign nations and non-citizens to terminate and prevent all activities on these properties for commercial or economic activities.
