I am seriously opposed to the rule change that would allow you to virtually sell American property to domestic and foreign entities. That would constitute an act of treason in my opinion. Such things should be up to the American people and their elected officials. I am not in favor of the SEC granting itself authority that should come from congress. Thank You, Ralph Mikels
