There is no benefit from the allowance of foreign entities listed with a NYSE ticker the option to purchase US Property that is qualified for protection. The only potential benefit to the those purchasing the stocks of any of these companies is further financialization of a for profit business that can potentially cover a problem in their debt commitments.
