I am AGAINST allowing the SEC to create Natural Asset Companies (NACs). I believe NAC's post an existential threat to American property rights and national security. Therefore, I am strongly OPPOSED to allowing anyone or any entity, including environmental activists and foreign governments, to be able to purchase rights to private and public lands.
