As citizens and agricultural property owners we are totally opposed to the establishment of NACs which will further erode the rights of private property owners and taxpayers relative to the massive amount of public lands. There is already too much government controlled land and too many restrictions on its use. And the idea that NACs could have management rights over all the assets, possibly banning any type of “unsustainable” use is an OUTRAGE. The likes of Blackrock, foreign investors like China and the billionaire class having the ability to price and control “natural processes” further violates private property and taxpayer rights. Our economy could be wrecked via their financial control of both private and public resources. NO. NO. NO.
