Let's all call it what it is. New World Order. This proposed rule change amendment directly destroys American sovereignty. Public land is not for sale simply by creating a rule change and having a president turn our land over to be monetized along with our sovereignty, under the guise of global warming? If you think so, just do it and see what happens ...no threats here, just prediction. I don't think its going to go over very well with real Americans, who live outside the political and financial univreses you are seemingly lost in and who currently have the real power you seek to diminish. This scheme is offensive! Do not make this change.
