I strongly oppose the proposed rule change to adopt listing standards for Natural Asset Companies. Adoption of NACs as an investment tool would be against our constitution as a free-market economy and should not be approved by the SEC. There is severe national security, economic and constitutional issues. The rule change is aimed at furthering the fundamental transformation of the United States into a country in which property rights and other personal freedoms are stripped from We the People in favor of a global reset that consolidates power and wealth in the tyrannical hands of foreign adversaries like the CCP and other unelected, oppressive oligarch and unaccountable bureaucrats, here and abroad. Big government and radical environmentalists are the only ones who stand to benefit. Do not give this power to the corporation, government, or environmental special interests groups.
