I oppose the establishment of NAC's and the "monetizing" the natural resources we have in our country. This attempt to control and lock-down (or supposedly conserve) the natural resources in the United States - and allow large companies - and even foreign investors to control and enter the "value" of those natural assets in their portfolios smacks of treason! Please do not approve or legalize this attempt to destroy our nation, our private property rights and the possibility of allowing foreign entities to control and decide what can be done with our country and its holdings.
