No foreign government or a foreign citizen or foreign company should be allowed to purchase land or resources in the United States. To allow NACs to control land use in the U.S. is not only wrong, but extremely foolish. Allowing the management of American land or resources to foreign entities for a price, is illegal and unethical and opens this country to foreign interference and control. NACs would operate contrary to federal law and policy and should not be allowed on the NYSE by the SEC. If you approve SR- NYSE- 2023-09, you will be aiding foreign entities in gaining control of U.S. lands and resources. I am asking you to protect this nation and her citizens by denying SR-NYSE-2023-
