I urge the Commission to reject the Natural Asset Company (NAC) listing rules. The rules will facilitate transfer of ownership/control of publicly owned lands to foreign governments through silent investment in the NACs. Just another exploitation of the interests of the citizens by proponents of financialization of private and public assets. These NACs are being rushed through without sufficient public awareness and debate. Special interest legislation once again. Thanks in advance.
