I completely oppose SR-NYSE-2023-09 regarding "Natural Asset Companies". I see this as a nefarious way to circumvent individual property owner's rights and rule of law in the United States. Ownership of these "Natural Asset Companies" can become the CCP, Russia, Iran, or any other enemy nation of the U.S. It is an attempt by the ruling global elites to force government/ "Natural Asset Companies" ability to take land, water, air, mineral rights from legitimate operating companies and also from individual owners of such property. This is one of the worst attempts by the Biden Administration to sign away "we the people's" rights. Do not adopt this rule change as above to list "Natural Asset Companies" on the NYSE.
