I vehemently oppose this rule. As a landowner conducting sustainable farming via my own constitution and following practices that work, this rule would allow a third party to tell me how to govern my land. My concern is my neighbor buys into this bull-sh*t because they need the money. I am now impacted because I impact their annual ESMS report giving them a negative rating and their only recourse is to sue me. I lose in court and now am subject to a rule, not a law created by legislators, preventing me from maintaining my land. This un-capitalist rule, aka a Marxist rule provided by the UN and sited multiple times in the rule should have no place in our free society.
