Heard about the NAC from various media sources. At least 10 different publications and individuals. NAC will alter property ownership and property use in a vulgar immoral way. I am a big NO on making a company able to dictate how others own and use their own property as in impose restrictions on their own property for the enrichment of a company. Also a company should have no say in how public lands are used. Again NAC should in no way be approved. NAC should be tossed into the trash bin. People need more Sovereignty over their own property not less. Additionally public lands should be for the betterment and enrichment of regular individuals not controlled by companies for the enrichment of such company. I am a BIG NO.
