I oppose the creation of the so-called Natural Asset companies. I believe this will become an attempted confiscation of public and private property. These companies will create unconstitutional restrictions on individual Americans’ property rights and other freedoms. I request the Commission to reject Rule SR-NYSE-2023-09 outright immediately.
