I am against the SEC allowing the creation of NAC as a securities vehicle. The acquisition and maintenance of natural parks/resources have historically been funded by taxpayers and the ability of a private group to profit from these resources is unconscionable. Putting our national interests under the control of a wealthy elite is wrong.
