This proposal is not sustainable for anyone other than those at benefit, i.e. government entities with large proportions of assets they can leverage into these new NACs. The general public, and anyone else looking to get a start in life in the "Land of the Free" will likely see that trying to own land and/or using what they might have to their advantage could be sadly shut down and in turn get them in trouble for development that these so called NACs might eventually disprove of. The fact that they could own the rights to lands "Privately-Owned", aka We the People of the United States own, makes for a disheartening situation: By far this proposal is causing a stir due to the simple-minded intrusion of OUR land WE purchased. What happens to lands owned privately by Native Corporations? They freely use them for profit through logging, mining, etc. This proposal sounds like a far stretch, and should not be in the running to be considered. The people do not approve. Thank you for your consideration.
