US land belongs to the people, not to the government. The government is supposed to be stewarding the land for our collective use, not for someone other than the people to decide how it is to be used. I am totally against any third party deciding how land is to be used. The Constitution does not give the government this power, and therefore, the government does not have this power. Therefore, any decision involving such a power is moot.
