When it comes to bad ideas this up there with worst! I doubt this even Constitutional, and should by no means be allowed to happen. The public and private / public lands of the USA belong to the American people, NOT a bunch of money grubbing billionaires and especially NOT to ANY foreign entities! Hard NO!
