I learned of this from AmericanStewards. I am vehemently opposed to these regulations. Neither the SEC nor the NY Stock exchange are legally entitled to controlling interest in private property. This sort of regulation would require an actual law to implement. This is illegal and highly wrong in every sense. No. Just no!
