I am adamantly opposed the the NAC concept. I see this as nothing more than a green agenda crowd power grab. Our sovereign lands should not be allowed to be managed by any entity other than the owners of title. Public land and private lands should not be subjected to control by these ESG /ISG companies foreign or domestic. This whole issue is another control mechanism being pounded down our throats, in conjunction with Biden’s 30x30 program. I would suggest this is probably unconstitutional at the very least. No more dark of night transactions. The SEC should regulate the existing agencies such as th CFTC that seems to have trouble monitoring and regulating the manipulation that is currently taking place and skip the introduction of new products such as NACs.
